Account Manager - Print

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a successful and expanding print business that is looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to join its commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in print who enjoys developing customer relationships, managing multiple live projects and delivering exceptional service.

The Opportunity

You'll take responsibility for a portfolio of established customers, acting as their trusted point of contact and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Working closely with estimating, production, customer service and logistics teams, you'll oversee projects from initial enquiry through to final delivery while identifying opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and support future business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts
  • Coordinate print projects from enquiry through to completion
  • Produce quotations and manage customer requests efficiently
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Monitor project progress, resolving any issues proactively
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems

Experience required:

  • A minimum of five years' experience within the print industry
  • Previous Account Management, Client Services or Print Customer Service experience
  • A good understanding of commercial print production
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, customer-first approach
  • Experience with CRM or MIS software would be advantageous
