As they continue to grow, they are now seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team.
THE ROLE:
The role of Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor will play a key role within the firm, and you will be responsible for handling a variety of commercial property matters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of commercial conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
- Provide expert legal advice on a range of commercial property issues.
- Draft and review contracts, leases and other legal documents.
- Conduct due diligence and title investigations.
- Liaise with clients, third parties and colleagues to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
- Stay abreast of changes in property law and regulations.
ABOUT YOU:
To be considered for this role, you need to be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years post-qualification experience in Commercial Conveyancing. You need to have strong knowledge of commercial property law and conveyancing procedures and be an excellent communicator.
