We have a fantastic opportunity to be a part of one of the most renowned brands in the UK, in a fun and friendly office environment!
Our fantastic client based in Ringwood requires a number of Customer Service Consultants to start in September, working on behalf of their Luxury Chocolate Campaign on the run up to Christmas.
Full office based training is provided in Ringwood but hybrid is available after you are at full competency.
Don't have any office based experience? Not a problem! This is a great opportunity for candidates from Retail, Hospitality or Care backgrounds, looking to gain some office based experience. All backgrounds will be considered as long as you are polite, enthusiastic and enjoy dealing with people!
Skills and Requirements of Customer Service Consultant:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills

- Empathy with a desire to offer resolution and 100% happiness to all our customers
- A natural ability to build rapport whilst working from call guide
- A natural ability to listen and communicate

Full training will be provided along with lots of great benefits including free chocolate and free parking!
This will be 8 hours shifts, 40 hours per week. Shifts will be Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 8pm, Saturday 8:30am to 5pm, Sunday 9am to 5pm. May also include seasonal peak opening times.
£12.80 per hour plus monthly bonus. This is paid weekly
