About the Role

We're recruiting on behalf of an established and growing business in Bolton that is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys working across both digital and print media, helping to create engaging visual campaigns, support product launches, develop brand assets and produce high-quality marketing materials. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll play an important role in shaping the company's visual identity across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop creative assets for digital and print marketing campaigns

Produce artwork for brochures, catalogues, packaging, signage, POS materials and promotional collateral

Create digital content for websites, email campaigns, social media and e-commerce platforms

Support new product launches and seasonal campaign activity

Develop and maintain brand-consistent artwork across all marketing channels

Contribute ideas and concepts for creative campaigns and marketing initiatives

Apply UX/UI best practices to web and digital projects

Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver engaging visual content

Ensure all artwork is accurate, compliant and produced to a high standard

Stay up to date with design trends, competitor activity and industry best practice

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

A degree or qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline

Previous experience within a Graphic Design, Creative Design or Marketing Design role

Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

Proven experience working across both digital and print media

Demonstrable experience producing brochures, catalogues, marketing literature and other printed collateral

Experience creating digital assets for websites, social media, email marketing and online campaigns

WordPress experience

A strong understanding of branding, typography, layout and visual hierarchy

Knowledge of UX/UI principles and digital design best practices

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

The ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively to deadlines

A portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality digital and print design workThe following experience would be highly advantageous:

Motion graphics or video editing skills

Experience creating brand guidelines and reusable templates

Commercial product marketing or retail-focused design experience
