Reports to: Hospitality Manager / Events Manager
Contract Type: Part-time / Matchday & Events Basis
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Hospitality Team. As part of the matchday and events staff, you’ll play a key role in delivering a first-class experience to guests, sponsors, and VIPs within our hospitality suites.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service (preferred but not essential).
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong focus on customer care.
- Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure in a busy environment.
- Smart, professional appearance in line with club standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and matchdays as required.

Job Title: Kitchen Porter (KP)
Reports to: Head Chef / Hospitality Manager
Contract Type: Part-time / Matchday & Events Basis
About the Role: we are seeking hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porters to join our Hospitality & Catering Team. As a vital part of the kitchen operation, you’ll help ensure that our chefs and service staff can deliver top-quality food and hospitality experiences to guests, sponsors, and VIPs on matchdays and during club events.
This is a behind-the-scenes but essential role for anyone who enjoys working in a busy, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, wash-up areas, and equipment.
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and to high hygiene standards.
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required.
- Ensure waste is managed correctly and kitchen areas remain clean and safe.
- Support kitchen staff with deliveries, stock rotation, and storage of goods.
- Follow all club health & safety, food hygiene, and COSHH procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet the demands of matchday and event service times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment (preferred but not essential).
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.
- Awareness of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and matchdays as required.
