Set within a grand Victorian building overlooking the Suffolk coastline and North Sea, the property blends classic seaside charm with modern comfort and is a favourite for both weekend escapes and longer coastal stays.
The Hotel Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage rotas, develop the team, and work closely with the kitchen brigade to deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role suits a confident Hotel Restaurant Manager looking for long-term stability within a respected hospitality business.
Key Responsibilities – Hotel Restaurant Manager
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant service
- Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team
- Manage staffing levels and rotas
- Deliver consistently high guest satisfaction
- Liaise closely with the kitchen team
- Handle guest feedback professionally
- Maintain Health & Safety and licensing standards
- Drive service standards and revenue
Key Requirements – Hotel Restaurant Manager
- Proven experience as a Hotel Restaurant Manager or senior restaurant leader
- Background in hotel or quality dining environments
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Calm, polished, and guest-focused
- Commercial awareness
- Flexible to work a rota of shifts
