Housing Officer
Location: Hybrid Working
Contract: 6-Month Temporary Contract
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer on behalf of a well-established Housing Association. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy housing management team and make a positive impact within local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a patch of residential tenancies.
- Conducting tenancy visits and estate inspections.
- Managing anti-social behaviour (ASB) and tenancy-related cases.
- Supporting residents with tenancy sustainment and housing-related issues.
- Working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver effective housing services.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Housing Officer, Neighbourhood Officer, or Tenancy Officer role.
- Strong knowledge of housing management and tenancy legislation.
- Excellent communication and case management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
