About the role
We are looking for an experienced Off-Plan Sales Consultant to join our small, dynamic team based in Central Birmingham
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell off-plan luxury properties to high-net-worth individuals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work with internal teams to deliver tailored investment solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on high-value transactions
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in off-plan property sales, preferably in the luxury market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Experience with international clients is a plus
