Quinn Quest Talent is partnered with an growing print and direct mail business, who are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead a busy manufacturing operation.
The Production Manager will take ownership of production planning, quality, health & safety, team leadership and continuous improvement, ensuring work is delivered on time and to the highest standards.
You'll ideally have:
- Production management experience within direct mail, print, digital or litho
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent planning and scheduling ability
- A proactive approach to solving problems
- Experience working in fast-paced production environments
