Senior Salesforce Industries (Communications Cloud) Developer
Location: Livingston (Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite)
Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Are you a Salesforce Industries expert looking to work on complex enterprise transformation programmes? We're seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Industries Developer to design and deliver innovative solutions across Communications Cloud, helping drive large-scale digital and customer experience initiatives.
The Role
As a key member of the Salesforce delivery team, you'll play a leading role in designing, building, and implementing sophisticated Salesforce Industries (Vlocity/Communications Cloud) solutions. You'll work closely with architects, product teams, QA, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, production-ready platforms that support complex customer, product, and fulfilment journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver complex Salesforce Industries (Communications Cloud/Vlocity) solutions across product, pricing, contracting, and fulfilment domains.
Build, configure, and govern Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) and Industries CPQ models for telecom products and bundled offerings.
Implement Order Management orchestration and decomposition to support end-to-end fulfilment processes.
Create engaging digital and agent experiences using OmniStudio, including OmniScripts and FlexCards.
Develop scalable platform functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integration Procedures, SOQL, and APIs.
Collaborate with architecture, product, QA, and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Contribute to solution design, technical best practice, and platform governance.
What We're Looking For
✅ Extensive Salesforce development experience across multiple Salesforce clouds, including:
Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Experience Cloud
Communications Cloud✅ Hands-on Salesforce Industries (Vlocity/Communications Cloud) expertise.
✅ Strong experience with:
Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC)
Industries CPQ
OmniStudio
Order Management✅ Excellent development skills in:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
SOQL
Salesforce integrations and APIs✅ Experience delivering solutions within large-scale enterprise environments.
Desirable Experience
Telecommunications industry experience.
Utilities or other complex B2B product environments.
Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
