SENIOR PAID MEDIA MANAGER

We’re hiring a Senior Paid Media Manager for a fast-growing Brighton agency with an ambitious, collaborative team and a strong reputation for performance-led marketing.

The agency works across high-impact paid media campaigns for UK and international clients, combining strategy, data, creative thinking and hands-on delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead paid media strategy and performance across key client accounts.
  • Manage client conversations, recommendations and campaign optimisation.
  • Develop and support Paid Media Managers and Executives.
  • Bring fresh ideas across creative, testing, audience strategy and platforms.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Data and Creative teams on integrated campaigns.
  • Support pitches, proposals, tracking and measurement best practice.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong paid media experience across key platforms, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Senior-level ownership of strategy, client relationships, campaign performance and team development.
  • Confident communicator with strong written skills and experience presenting recommendations clearly.
  • Analytical, detail-focused and comfortable using data, tracking and measurement to guide decisions.
  • Strategic, commercially aware and keen to bring fresh ideas that support agency growth.
