We're looking for a SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving digital transformation across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work with modern Microsoft technologies, build innovative solutions, and make a real impact on how people work every day.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to develop user-friendly solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, helping teams collaborate more effectively, automate repetitive tasks, and gain valuable insights from data.

What you'll be doing

Managing and enhancing SharePoint Online sites, pages, document libraries, lists, and permissions

Designing and developing Power Apps that support and improve business processes

Creating Power Automate workflows to streamline tasks and increase efficiency

Building engaging Power BI dashboards and reports that support better decision-making

Working with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver practical digital solutions

Providing guidance, training, and support to users across the organisation

Supporting governance, adoption, and best practices across the Microsoft 365 environment

Exploring emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions, where appropriate

What we're looking for

Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration and development

Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

Understanding of permissions management, governance, and information architecture

A proactive problem-solver who enjoys turning ideas into effective solutions

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Nice to have

Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI-powered tools

Experience creating simple AI agents or automation solutions

Relevant Microsoft certifications
