Role: Videographer

Location: Nottingham

Working location: Office based

Salary: Up to £30k

Join us in shaping the future of digital experiences

We’re building one of the world’s most compelling brand ecosystems—connecting people with the best brands and experiences. At the heart of this is a commitment to innovation, creativity, and pushing boundaries.

This is an environment where you’re encouraged to think differently, step outside your comfort zone, and make a real impact. If you’re someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and thrives on challenge, you’ll find plenty of opportunity to grow and elevate your career.

The opportunity

Are you a videographer looking to create high-quality, engaging content that brings internal communications and digital content to life. You’ll collaborate with teams across the business and external brand partners, helping to enhance the digital experience for a global workforce.

This is a chance to shape and evolve a growing digital content platform—experimenting with new ideas, elevating creative output, and influencing how content is delivered at scale.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll produce and edit a wide range of video content—from internal communications to social-first formats like reels, vlogs, and short-form promos. Your work will include capturing live events, adding motion graphics and branding, and creating supporting digital assets such as social visuals and GIFs.

Alongside filming and editing, you’ll manage multiple projects, maintain high production standards, and bring fresh creative ideas while working within brand guidelines. There may be occasional travel and event-based work outside standard hours.

What you’ll bring

You’re confident producing high-quality video content in a variety of environments, with strong technical skills across filming, lighting, and sound. You’re experienced with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software, and understand how content needs to be adapted for different platforms and formats.

You’re organised, able to manage multiple deadlines, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. An interest in emerging tools—like AI in creative workflows—or live streaming is a bonus.

All equipment and software will be provided—what matters most is your creativity, drive, and willingness to push ideas further.

We welcome diverse applicants and are dedicated to treating all applicants with dignity and respect, regardless of background
