More about your account
What's stored. Your name, work email (matched case-insensitively, stored case-preserved), a scrypt-hashed password, your company name, optional https:// website, optional phone, and whether you're an employer or agency.
What admins see vs the public. The details above are admin-visible during approval; your wider company profile follows the public/admin/private split documented on /recruiter/company (Sections 02-04). Your phone and contact details never appear on public adverts.
While pending. You can sign in and see the recruiter shell pages; posting, CV search, and shortlists stay disabled until approved.
